What makes the product ‘unsaleable’ and why?

In order to obtain a refund or exchange for Zaggora exercise wear, the product must be unworn, in the condition it arrived to you, with tags still attached and with the original packaging. Any product which does not fit these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

In order to obtain a refund or exchange for any of our Health Food products, the product must be unopened, unused and in a saleable condition.
