You can always check the status of your order here.
When you make an order we'll send you an order confirmation email.
Then, when we ship your items to you, you'll receive a second email that will include the items we're shipping and the address to where they are being sent.
We also include the name of the shipping service (Eg. Fedex, UPS, USPS) along with a tracking number. In the email it looks like this.
Tracking Your Order
If you click the link, you can see exactly where your order is. If, for whatever reason, you have received an email with a tracking link that doesn't work, this might be because;
A) The shipper hasn't updated their records yet in which case check back in 1-2 hours with that link
B) It's being delivered by a shipper who doesn't yet support tracking (Eg. Amazon Logistics).
In this case, if it's 4 or more days since you received the shipping confirmation and you still haven't received your order, please email me at email@example.com and we'll see where your items are.
